Becoming Visible Takes Consistent Real Estate Marketing
THE TRUTH ABOUT ONLINE MARKETING
Are You Invisible?
The truth about online marketing isn't a secret. On the internet, if you aren't everywhere, you are invisible.
If all you have is a page on your real estate broker's company website or a personal static website you are invisible. Your name and your brand are just a postage stamp in a sea of letters online.....small, invisible and forgotten.
In an industry where 80% of homebuyers come online to begin the process of home buying and sellers expect superior marketing of their home, your business can't afford to be a postage stamp.
You have a brand, a name, and a unique service. Let them be known.
I have consulted with real estate agents for the past 8 years on their real estate marketing.
I have worked with real estate professionals for 17 years. View my online real estate resume.
All successful real estate agents have unique services and style. The trouble for many real estate agents is putting their personality into words and making their business proposition shine online.
When you know how to implement real estate marketing strategies that compliment your business objectives and goals you have a recipe for real estate success.

Real estate makes me tick Marketing Consultant with a Real Estate Background
I have taken a keen interest to real estate since the time I was 10 years old. Pouring over the Unique Homes magazines my parents had and studying the design of houses in different neighborhoods, I just knew that real estate excited me.
The world of real estate, and especially real estate marketing resonates in my core.
I started my career in the real estate industry seventeen years ago. In 1992 I was a legal assistant to a real estate attorney who also owned a title company in Mount Prospect Illinois. After 7 years and of being an integral factor in closing thousands of real estate transactions, I moved on to corporate relocation. I took a short break (3 months) when my second child was born, then returned to the industry in 2001 as a Director of Alliance Partnerships for an online real estate marketing company.
I am a Gen-X'er, but wasn't born with a keyboard under my fingertips, so it was a challenge.
The internet managed to hold my fascination. I have been working in real estate marketing ever since though I often get mistaken as a real estate agent by real estate buyers, real estate sellers, and real estate professionals alike because of my knowledge of the industry and what it takes to get homes sold.
I love real estate and the internet almost equally. I love the way that both marketing and real estate compliment each other and I am happy to ditch the typewriters and old IBM word processors and work on my laptop and cell.
Especially as a working mom with three young children, the internet has enabled me to work from home. It can't get any better than that.
If you need help with your real estate marketing turn to someone who has lived and breathed the industry and has been a real estate evangelist for nearly two decades. At the end of the day you need a real estate marketing consultant who can extend your reach to bring in new prospects so you can get the business CLOSED.

Taking the high road is sometimes taking the road less traveled REAL ESTATE MARKETING IN THE SHIFT
It is an exciting challenge to blog about real estate marketing at a time where negativity pervades households across then nation. There's been a shift in marketing that has bubbled over the surface and real estate professionals must provide useful information rather than broadcast messaging.
There is something to be learned from every challenge. Regardless of the conditions of your current real estate market, you can attain your real estate sales goals through diligence, determination, and above all, a positive attitude.
A positive attitude will attract positive results.
Take positive actions and share information openly and honestly with real estate buyers and sellers. Encourage your clients by educating them on their local real estate market and by keeping them involved in the process.
Let consumers know that their active participation in the home buying and home selling process is critical to fulfilling their real estate dream.
Homeowners and real estate prospects in your pipeline also want to know about their current marketplace and their house values. Keep in touch with them by email campaigns, handwritten notes, and phone calls. Let them know you are still in the business and available for their real estate needs and questions.
Your name should be synonymous with real estate resource for these folks.
