| Description | The ink wasn't dry on my Real estate licence when I was writing my first contract on a Pub/Cabaret located next to the office. Businesses are the easiest listings for a new realtor to get, and they often take listings...and then what? MLS for 6 months and nothing happens. The realtor has spent his entire advertising budget for the year, to no avail. The odds were never explained to the newcomer: Take 10 listings, and maybe one will sell in the 6 month time frame. What do you do to market your small business listings? |
