So far this year, between January 1st to April 30th 2009, there has been 1804 homes sold. Volume of $293,488,680, Median price of $138,500, and average DOM of 101 days.

In 2008, there were 8021 total units sold, with a volume of $1,474,391,263. Median price of $153,724, and DOM of 96 days. In 2007, total units sold was 10,058, Median price was $151,500, and average DOM was 87 days.
